Startup Heroics handles billing for the product or service identified at checkout and on your receipt. Your purchase has its own price, delivery, refund, renewal and cancellation conditions. Conditions for another product or service do not apply to your purchase.
For billing questions, email [email protected]. Include the product or service name, purchase date and receipt or invoice reference, if available. Please do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers or unrelated personal records.

Startup Heroics Billing Terms
Startup Heroics is the business name used for billing the product or service identified in your purchase. These terms explain the shared billing arrangements. The product or service terms presented for your purchase continue to govern that product or service.
Your purchase conditions. The price, payment frequency, delivery, refund and cancellation conditions shown for your purchase apply to that purchase only. A refund, cancellation or delivery policy for another product or service does not apply. This notice does not change conditions already agreed for an existing purchase.
Payments and statements. Payments are processed through Stripe. Your receipt or invoice identifies the purchase. A bank statement may show Startup Heroics, an abbreviated billing name, the purchased product or service, or a combination of those details. If you do not recognize a charge, contact billing support with its date and amount.
Renewals and cancellation. Recurring charges apply only when the purchase is identified as recurring. Its renewal schedule and cancellation method are the ones provided for that purchase. Canceling renewal, requesting a refund and deleting a service account are separate actions. Ask billing support if the purchase instructions are unclear.
Refunds and purchase problems. The applicable purchase terms describe refund eligibility and the remedy for a delivery or service problem. Contact the product or service support route shown in those terms, or email billing support for routing assistance. Nothing in this notice limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Startup Heroics Billing Privacy
This notice covers payment, billing and related support handled under the Startup Heroics business name. The product or service you use has its own privacy notice for its service records and other processing. Sharing a billing name does not make every product's information handling the same.
Billing information. Depending on the purchase, billing records may include your name, email, billing address, purchase description, transaction reference, amount, payment status, subscription details, and refund or dispute records. A support request also includes the information you choose to send.
How it is used. We use billing and related support information to manage purchases and renewals, answer billing questions, process refunds and disputes, maintain transaction records, protect against unauthorized activity and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Include only information needed to identify the purchase and explain the issue.
Service providers. Stripe processes payments and maintains payment records under its own privacy policy. Google Workspace provides the shared billing-support inbox. Information used within the purchased service, including its hosting and delivery providers, is described in that service's privacy notice.
Retention. Billing and related support records are retained as needed to manage the purchase, resolve issues and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Deleting a product profile does not necessarily delete transaction records held by us or Stripe. Copies already sent to an email provider have separate handling.
